It's a topic I chosen at random. A bad video game boss could mean he's actually nice, or not a bad as you think. Let me hear your suggestions.

Bowser has permanent toothache, otherwise he'd be quite a decent chap.

1. Any boss which allows you to stand in an unreachable postion and shoot the crap out of them. 2. Any boss which apologises for their wrong doing after you've shot the crap of them.
I'm struggling for examples but it's a common trait.

I think the second sniper wolf battle in Metal Gear Solid covers both those bases.

End bosses that have 3 forms are exceedingly gay. It happens all the bloody time.

Project Rub has a great end though. You play through, then get to a chapter called "Last Battle." When you've finished that, you get to another chapter, called "Final Battle." And even then you haven't completed the game; you have to do the final "Last Touch" task to bring the girl back to life. Wonderful.

I think the second sniper wolf battle in Metal Gear Solid covers both those bases. Don't you mean all the bosses from MGS? As for your project rub comment, I thought I was the only one who loved that game, also even after the last toutch, you havn't completed the game, as it throws in a load more levels for you to do.

Don't you mean all the bosses from MGS? Well no, Revolver Ocelot, Big f**king Tank Guy 1, Psycho Mantis, Sniper Wolf 1, Big f**king Tank Guy 2, Metal Gear, and Liquid Snake all demand active participation rather than allowing you to stand in an unreachable position and shoot them (unlike Sniper Wolf 2, who can be easily destroyed by standing behind cover and steering Nikita missiles up her arse). I will grant that Psycho Mantis and Big f**king Guy 2 (what WAS he called?) were also apologetic in their deaths, however.

It's pathetic when they apologise. I mean really, if their cause meant so much to them before then why would they say sorry to some irritating little worm who happened to defeat them. If I was a boss I would point to the number of times they died trying to defeat me then repay the favour by respawning myself the same number of times they did but return in stronger force each time.
The bosses in the DMC trilogy tend to kick ass on the whole and sure ain't pussies.

The end of legacy of Kain:defiance.Morpheus,I think. Just totaly out of place in the way you had to fight him compared to how you played the rest of the game.
