My brother bought it for me yesterday. Its seems great stuff, however my poor old PS2 can't seem to play it anymore.
It 'booted up' fine first time. Started playing StreetFighter Champions Edition and things started going downhill.
For a start after you win a bout and go to the next fighter yer get a screen saying 'now loading'. It started taking longer and longer to load.
When I eventually managed to get a top score and put in initials it crashed.
I then reset and played 1942 fine. When I exited to game menu and went out the room to get a can of coke the damn screen had frozen, it'd had crashed again.
Now it won't load at all.
My brother has it on Xbox and I can say its well worth the cash (about £15). On some of the games completing the game allows bonuses to be unlocked, such as game soundtracks.
Looks like I better start saving for a new console in the mean time.

I can't offer a full review of the PS2 game as it only played two games on the damn thing before it refused to play any more.
However I may be able to offer some more helpful remarks on the Xbox version shortly.

i think the best games on it are Final Fight which i still play it on the arcade if i see (probably cos i can complete it with 1 credit) and the Ghouls and Ghosts games.
that collection is truly worthy of the asking price and in my opinion better than Taito Legends.
