Mine works fine, you must just live where there's no decent signal.

Film4 is great. OK, they often repeat the same film during a week. But its at least its FREE !!!

free or not whats the point when the signal is shite, and why don't they repeat any of the Ghibli films I'm sure they've all been on once while they show some American flop 3-4 times.

In my area it's difficult to get ITV+Channel 4 broadcasts on freeview so we need a "broad" aerial or something. Which is what the freeview website says for my postcode. It's likely you need one of those aerials, as I mentioned earlier.

I can get all the ITV channels and the other channels broadcast on the on the same carrier wave as Film4, it seems to me Film4 can't be bothered to send a decent signal into my area.

Can receive it fine over this way though there's only been a couple foreign films so far that have sparked my interest.

They are starting to reshow them all from today, but this time they are in japanese with subtitles, rather than the dubbed versions.

But they're still over-rated rubbish, right?

Well some may be somewhat over rated, some people go on about them like they are christs second coming (looking at you spirited away) or something. But they are still fantastic films and deserve to be watched, Porco Rosso in perticular is fantastic and Kiki's Delivery Service is great, despite the fact that not much happens in the film, but it is still one of the best ways to pass two hours.

Yeah, I only really added the "rubbish" bit for effect. They're not BAD films, I just don't empty my scotum at the sight of seeing their titles mentioned. So before there's a massive fight, Studio Ghibli films are over-rated but not rubbish.
