I use Opera. Most secure browser there is, and it rocks too. Unlike the mess that is IE. I'd strongly suggest looking into different browsers if you're using IE. It's very unsecure. Oh yeah, I have to use IE to come here though These damn boards don't work with Opera 7 yet.......

I use IE because thats whats on the system. What's wrong with it? It runs the internet. Yeah, but it's hella slow sometimes. It rusn most sites fine, but there are some that it just doesn't like. For some reason IE likes to show me the main page fo certain forums as they were last month too requiring me to refresh them.

Lets put it this way all browsers are not created equaly.
Internet Explorer is slow because it has to be a jack of all trades. It is embeded in the core of windows (Ever wonder why windows explorer look the same as IE) It has to run as windows explorer, Windows search, Internet explorer, Control panel and more.
Because it is so multi functional it can't really excel at anything.
Opera, Firefox or other browsers only have to worry about one thing, Getting your web page to you as fast as possible. So understandably they are faster at the one thing they do.
I only really use Opera as do apparently 18% of the web going public (some site stats don't show this as Opera defaults as Identifying itself as IE for compatibility Press ctrl+alt+O to identify it as Opera and help support them ctrl+alt+I to identify as IE for compatibility)

Doesn't it depend on your ISP? I use Pipex Xtreme Solo 150 The ISP play's a tiny part but less so than the browser. Plus, I don't think my ISP has anything to do with showing previous versions of a webpage that are in my history when I type the URL in, that's definately the browsers fault.

I use AOL for most of my Internet Browsing, but I occasionally use Internet Explorer for stuff.
