Here's my plan:
I'm due an upgrade on my phone. I intend to keep my same crappy phone (I only use it to text pretty girls anyway), and instead pick up the most expensive phone I can possibly get as a free upgrade. Then, I want to put it on eBay and get £200-£250 for it, thus covering my year's line rental. Plan or no plan? And if "plan," then which of the handsets on 3's site would be the most financially rewarding to sell (http://www.three.co.uk)?

I'm due an upgrade soon so I phoned up to say I wanted to cancel my phone contract, first they offered to cut my line rental to £8.50 a month, then also give me £90 cashback, I said I still wanted to cancel, so then they offered £150 cashback.
12 months paying £8.50 would result in a yearly phone bill of £102, so I can get a phone upgrade, my line rental for the year paid for and some extra cash if I decide to keep my contract.
Harold, I'd suggest the Nokia N70 or the 6680 as the best choices.
